Our ability to deliver distinctive political intelligence and analysis enables us to develop bespoke EU and international advocacy, reputation and relationship building campaigns that make a difference. In healthcare we have a specialism in supporting companies to strengthen their market access strategies through shaping the external policy and regulatory environment. We recognise that for business leaders, the current environment presents challenges and opportunities which require a fresh approach to the management of political, economic and social risks. As such, we work with our clients to rewire their strategies to enhance reputations, recognition and resilience for long-term success. In 2021, we combined our decades of policy, communications, advocacy and reputation experience with insight from leading academic sources to build a model that defines a new era of reputational resilience. Our REWIRE diagnostic tool helps business leaders understand how and where to rewire their approach to reputation in a world characterised by uncertainty and disruption.
In 2020, we also launched Hanover 360°, a pan-EMEA offering for businesses looking to embed sustainability practices within commercial strategy, public affairs and communications to drive meaningful change. Hanover 360°combines the group’s sustainability units and corporate divisions. Its launch was backed up by a report, Net Zero Unpacked, which included proprietary YouGov research as well as case studies from the Hanover Group.
