I advise clients on public affairs, European affairs and international policy, drawing on a distinguished career as a Spanish diplomat. I focus is on EU institutions, policy-making and international relations, with deep expertise in navigating complex political and regulatory environments. As Chair of the H/Advisors office in Brussels, I lead the firm’s strategic development in the capital, providing senior counsel to clients with European and global stakes. I bring extensive experience from senior roles across Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, and other government departments.
