My Job
After graduating in the UK, I worked briefly for the UK Gambling Commission before moving to Brussels in 2014, where my first job was at the UK Permanent Representation to the EU (so it was pre-Brexit!). I then worked for a European NGO advocating for public libraries, and after that joined the Grayling team in 2021.

My Proudest Achievements
Thinking back to arriving in Brussels over a decade ago with no job and knowing nobody, I am very proud of the life I’ve built here – both personally and professionally.
My Education
- BSc Economics, Politics & International Studies – Warwick University
- MSc European & International Governance – Vrije Universiteit Brussel
My Languages
English and French, and a little bit of Italian and Dutch.
My Interests outside work
Reading, running, rugby.
My Favourite Brussels anecdote
I’m always impressed at how Brussels manages its multiple languages – for example I love how on the metro to announce the stops they alternate which language goes first.
