Keen on European politics and lobbying activities, I work every day in close contact with the European Institutions, making strategies and connections in order to represent the interests of our clients.
I arrived in Brussels for an internship in 2004 and subsequently worked as official at the European Parliament between 2006 and 2009. In 2010, I became Partner of an Italian consulting firm and Country Director in Brussels. While holding that position, I oversaw the Lobbying and Public Affairs strategies in Brussels for several clients such as Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Bracco, and British American Tobacco. In 2012, I founded EPA – European Project Advice – a consulting firm specialized in European funds planning and management.
I was also a consultant in European Affairs for “Risorse per Roma”, for the IRBM Science Park research center and I’m currently consulting for ANCI (Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani). I lecture on EU lobbying at the University of Salento, SIOI, LUMSA, Aforisma, Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and Confindustria.
Chairman of IBN (Italian Business Network) an Italian association of Brussels-based young professionals, I’m Secretary General of TEA (TaxiEurope Alliance) and Member of the Executive Council of FEE (Forum d’Etudes Européennes), IEGE (European Institute Legal and Economic) and GII (Gruppo d’Iniziativa Italiana).
My Proudest Achievements
After a long experience inside the European Institutions before and then in the private sector, I founded my own company MUST & Partners in 2014, which was one of my main goal since I arrived here in Brussels.
I hold a degree in Economics and Business earned at the University of Roma Tre.
Italian, English & French.
My Interests outside work
Roman and Romanist, my main interest are cartography, vintage photography and strategy games.
My Favourite Brussels anecdote
When I was a trainee at the European Parliament, I had a lot of friends who were unpaid stagiaire like me and so we used to participate to several events, in order to take advantage of the buffet and save some money. Most of them are now EU top official, MEP or CEO of important companies and we smile about that, during our lunch or dinner all together, remembering where and how we started.
