My Job

I joined Hanover Communications in 2022 and currently lead the Digital Policy team in Brussels.

My Experience

I bring over eight years of dynamic experience in both the public and private sectors.
My professional career began in the office of a Member of Parliament, where I developed a strong foundation in legislative affairs. I then advanced to an Intellectual Property Office, where I co-led the External Affairs department, spearheading key initiatives. Relocating to Brussels, I had the privilege of working with a prominent political foundation and a forward-thinking think-tank, further expanding my expertise in policy and advocacy.

My Proudest Achievements

My proudest achievement is closely tied to my willingness to step out of my comfort zone. Throughout my professional career, I have changed my area of expertise several times, each time embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth. This adaptability has enabled me to achieve significant professional development and success.

My Education

I have a graduate degree in European Political Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, complemented by another master’s degree in public administration and political science.

My Interests outside work

Outside of work, I love travelling, which allows me to explore new places and gain fresh perspectives. I have a particular interest in Second World War books, as they offer profound insights into history and human resilience. Family is at the heart of everything I do, whether it’s reading stories to my daughter or sharing experiences over a meal.

My Favourite Brussels anecdote

As a graduate of the College of Europe, I often find myself reminiscing about the charming touristic town and the demanding academic programme that kept us awake day and night. Outside of the College alumni network, there’s a common joke: “How long does it take for a College graduate to start talking about their College experience at work, networking events, or friendly drinks?” The answer, unsurprisingly, is not very long at all.
