My Job
I’m a Director of FIPRA’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice and a member of FIPRA’s Management team.
My Experience
I’m known for my ability to convene diverse stakeholders to advance policy goals in a single voice with policymakers, as well as my ability to spot and secure opportunities for high-level engagement.
I provide clients with the strategic counsel and insights required to achieve impactful results in European public affairs. From health security and crisis preparedness to infectious disease and innovative medicines, I serve as a trusted adviser across political capitals. I also advise on EU-funded projects.
Before joining FIPRA, I worked for the Romanian Parliament’s Health Committee, the European Commission, and an EU public affairs agency.
My Specialisms
My Proudest Achievements
I build and empower high-performing teams, enabling them to grow with confidence and ownership. Seeing them succeed beyond expectations is my proudest achievement.
I have led and structured multi-stakeholder initiatives that bring together diverse actors to speak with a stronger, collective voice. I am particularly proud of my ability to convene people around complex policy challenges and translate these collaborations into impactful outcomes.
My Education
- Bachelors in Political Science, University of Bucharest
- Bachelors in Arts (Theatre), Bucharest
- Masters in International Relations and Public Policy Evaluation, University of Brussels (ULB)
My Languages
Romanian, English, French, Dutch.
My Interests outside work
I am a professional talent coach, supporting individuals in identifying their strengths and building careers aligned with their talents and values.
Outside work, I value quality time with my family, travelling, attending theatre performances with my husband and daughter, or enjoying quiet moments at home, often painting in the company of our cats.
I have also developed a growing interest in financial education and am currently working on a class aimed at helping professionals manage their finances.
My Favourite Brussels anecdote
One of the things I love most about Brussels is how small it feels despite its global influence. You can walk into a café near the EU institutions and unexpectedly meet someone you were planning to reach out to. It’s a city where connections happen naturally, often leading to meaningful collaborations and sometimes long-lasting friendships.
