My Job
I am the co-founder of Advocacy Strategy, a boutique consultancy focused on public affairs management. I help organisations build stronger public affairs systems, structures and practices, making their work more strategic, measurable and effective through better prioritisation, campaign planning, capability building, and the integration of technology and AI.
My Experience
I have more than 25 years of experience in public affairs, working with multinational companies, European and global trade associations, and NGOs in Brussels and internationally. My work has focused on helping organisations strengthen the way they manage public affairs in practice, from internal structures and campaign processes to training, professional development and performance. Before co-founding Advocacy Strategy, I worked as a senior consultant, freelance PA adviser, lecturer, and programme manager in higher education.

My Proudest Achievements
I am proud of having contributed to work on the test ban for chemical ingredients used in cosmetics, and of helping public affairs teams establish more structured and effective ways of working. The most satisfying part of my work is when a team adopts a clearer and more durable approach that continues to strengthen its performance over time.

My Favourite Brussels anecdote
One of my most memorable Brussels moments was organising a media event at the European Parliament around a petition on animal testing. We covered the Parliament steps with images of rabbits and the petition before handing it over to senior members of the Environment Committee, which helped attract press coverage and made it a very memorable campaign moment.
