My Job

At Lysios Public Affairs, I manage and develop the Brussels office, combining team coordination, client oversight and strategic public affairs advice. My role is to ensure the quality and consistency of our work while helping clients build bridges between their priorities and the Brussels institutional environment to achieve their objectives.

My Experience

With over a decade of experience in Brussels, mainly in consultancy, I have supported clients on EU public affairs matters across different sectors. Alongside client work, I have taken on responsibilities for managing Brussels offices in different professional contexts. Experience with business associations has enriched my perspective on how public affairs is shaped within organisations.

My Proudest Achievements

My proudest achievement has been building long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Seeing the people I work with grow in their roles, earning clients’ trust over time and having a growing number of clients choose to work with us are, for me, the strongest indicators of meaningful work.

My Education

  • Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (European Studies) and bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, Università degli Studi di Genova (Italy).
  • Erasmus Programme at HUB Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel, Brussels, and exchange programme at the University of Ottawa (Canada).

My Languages

Italian, English, French.

My Interests outside work

Travelling, live music, reading, vintage hunting, long walks and good food, preferably in good company.

My Favourite Brussels anecdote

In Brussels, six degrees of separation quickly become one, usually before the end of a coffee.
