My Job
As Head of European Affairs, I lead the Bernstein Group’s Brussels office, supporting clients in navigating the European policy landscape and strengthening engagement with political stakeholders, the media and key organizations to advance their strategic objectives.
My Experience
I bring over ten years of experience in public policy, campaigning and strategic communications across the European, regional and global levels. My work has focused on building capacity, creating and strengthening stakeholder networks and driving meaningful policy outcomes. Before joining the Bernstein Group, I held positions at Volvo Group and Red Flag Global.
My Specialisms
My Proudest Achievements
Working with an organisation, I contributed to a project recognised by a former Security Commissioner for its impact, which ultimately led to the tabling of a key proposal that has shaped digital regulation ever since.
My Education
- Political Science and Comparative Literature M.A.; Johannes Gutenberg-University, Mainz, Germany
My Languages
Romanian, German, English, French.
My Interests outside work
Spending time with family and friends, playing sports, cooking and working through all WSET levels.
My Favourite Brussels anecdote
A deep understanding of the regulatory process and awareness of the right moments to engage are essential, yet equally important is the ability to think broadly and creatively. To cut through the noise in Brussels, one must sometimes venture down paths that have not been taken before.
