My Job

I created Lighthouse Europe to help our clients navigate the European decision process. My job is to provide guidance to our clients to understand and react to the impact of European legislation on their businesses. I love helping them building their European strategies.

I am also the proud father of two young children!

My Experience

Passionate about the European project -with the support of a great team – I have been helping international companies, federations and associations to build their European strategies and to take an active part in the European process.
I began my career in a law firm, worked for a large European telecom company and then led the growth of the digital and innovation offer of a Strategy & Management consultancy.

My Proudest Achievements

Creating a firm that is independent at heart while meeting along the way great people, building long lasting partnerships and being a tiny part of the European project!

My Education

I read law at King’s College London and at the Sorbonne (double law degree program) and graduated from Sciences Po Paris (Masters in European Affairs, 2005.

My Languages

English, French.

My Interests outside work

My mind is recharged by exhibitions of modern and classical art, a good book, discovering new horizons, a meaningful relationship or simply a joyful group of friends. I love skiing, hiking and tennis.

My Favourite Brussels anecdote

A Belgian editor-in-chief of a major local newspaper once said something that has stuck with me ever since. For him, the European Quarter was simply “the part of town I pass through every day on my way from home to the office.”

It was a quiet reminder that what feels essential and all-consuming to some can seem distant — even invisible — to others. I’ve always been fascinated by that contrast: how those living closest to the heart of Europe’s decision-making can still experience it with a kind of existential detachment. That’s Brussels in a nutshell — a city where the epic and the everyday constantly overlap.
