My Job
As the Managing Director, I lead the strategic development and growth of Kellen’s European activities, guiding our vision and performance across the region. I oversee a team of more than 45 professionals who support around 35 trade associations at both the European and global level. My focus is on excellence in association management, strategic advice and public affairs, ensuring that the organisations we support remain fit for purpose in a rapidly evolving and uncertain environment.

With over 20 years in European public affairs and strategic association management, I have dedicated my career to empowering trade associations to thrive in an increasingly complex and volatile policy landscape.
My expertise spans governance, strategic planning, membership engagement, and public affairs, with a strong focus on the food sector.

My Proudest Achievements
I led a regulatory campaign for the approval of specific food additives at international level, ensuring a level playing field for all manufacturing companies and allowing them to put those additives on the market.
I drove strategic advice projects focusing on implementing effectiveness into the structure and activities of trade associations as to make them more adaptable and future proof.
