My Job
With 17 years at Kellen, I am the Director of the Food and Nutrition Cluster, supervising 15 trade association clients. I lead some associations as their Secretary General driving their strategy, governance, and advocacy across European and global regulatory sectors. My work empowers trade association clients to navigate EU policy, strengthen influence, and foster impact.
My Experience
Over the years, I have advised a wide range of associations, from emerging coalitions to well-established global organisations, helping them to adapt, innovate and lead with purpose. My experience covers every stage of an association’s development, and I have had the privilege of guiding organizations through moments of change, growth and renewal.
My Specialisms
My Proudest Achievements
Teams of professionals, who enjoy opening the computers in the morning and seeing them develop personally and professionally. From a client perspective – bringing sustainability issues to the heart of one of the sector I worked with some years ago. Within 2 years all members of the association had a public sustainability report.
My Education
- Master in Law, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland.
My Languages
Polish, English, Italian.
My Interests outside work
My family. And travelling to visit family around the world.
My Favourite Brussels anecdote
From one of my General Assemblies: Remember, you won’t be able to keep your white bear from appearing. But your blue dolphin will make sure he doesn’t stick around for long.
